Jackie Kelm has been working with Appreciative Inquiry over 20 years and is a Board Certified Coach and Heartmath Certified Coach. She developed the Appreciative Engagement (AE) Coaching model several years ago, which creates more powerful results for clients in less time than traditional coaching models. This model has not been presented anywhere publicly – this is the first time!

Coaching can be done formally, but all of us are involved in coaching conversations in one form or another. It might be helping a co-worker decide what to do about a recent job change, or talking with a friend who is struggling with a divorce. You can also coach yourself!
