  • The one most important thing you need to do throughout the entire coaching conversation.

Plus you’ll get powerful questions you can ask right now to take your coaching conversations to the next level.

Use this model for conversations with anyone – coaching clients… co-workers…friends… family members…(yourself!)  to help them work through their biggest challenges and make positive changes. We are often in conversations with others who are struggling or confused and trying to figure out what to do, and this model will help you help them!

Listen in as Jackie coaches a volunteer while you work on your own challenge.

You will learn a lot on this call, but more importantly, you will have an opportunity to dive into your own challenge to see first-hand how this process works. Plus you get to watch Jackie coach a woman who is struggling to eat healthier, who went from a zero to nine on a ten point scale in her confidence to deal with the situation.

The First Public Sharing of the AE Coaching Model!

Jackie Kelm has been working with Appreciative Inquiry over 20 years and is a Board Certified Coach and Heartmath Certified Coach. You Don’t Have to be a Coach

Coaching can be done formally, but all of us are involved in coaching conversations in one form or another. It might be helping a co-worker decide what to do about a recent job change, or talking with a friend who is struggling with a divorce. You can also coach yourself!

This Recording will only be available for a limited time.

This Stuff Really Works!

"The exercises soon became a wonderful part of my day, setting it up in a positive and grateful way that carried throughout the day.

When I am running late and do not do them, my day seems to be off track and full of challenges."
